RETURN POLICIES

All products purchased at “www.algasdegalicia.com” may be returned and refunded after contacting us via email (tienda@algasdegalicia.com).

1. Right of withdrawal:

In the event that the return or exchange is not due to a defect or error in the product, we accept returns within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the conditions regulated by Law 3/2014 of March 27, article 71 of trade regulation are met, which indicates that the product has to be returned in the same condition as it arrived and not have been used (as long as it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning). In case of not keeping the original packaging "algasdegalicia" reserves the right to allow the product to suffer some depreciation.

The value of the goods will be refunded once we have verified that they are in good condition at our warehouse. The customer must assume the costs of returning the goods.

Customers will process the return of the items and once we verify their correct condition, we will refund the amount less the return costs or, if the user prefers, we can refund the full amount in the form of a discount code for the next purchase.

Our website must refund the amount, as indicated in Law 3/2014 of March 27, on trade regulation, article 107, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the merchandise was returned. The refund will be made by the same payment methods used for the initial transaction.

2. Damaged products:

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

How is the money refunded?

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment as the customer.
